  • Hotels: Shortlisted and confirmed hotels close to the Javits Center, complete with links, maps, and reviews.
  • Transfers: Pre-arranged Ubers with names, contacts, and timing.
  • Itinerary: Designed a day-by-day schedule with conference sessions, networking dinners, and meetings.
  • Smart Links: Embedded every booking into a clickable PDF. No more digging through emails.
